Join me to reflect on the new cold (and hot) war

A couple of weeks ago I asked a friend from Ukraine that they hopefully do not defend themselves and instead wait for sanctions to take effect. Now, with the already existing ( https://www.know-why.net/model/CHczlGGs6gx4BgTTvQ04YpA) model I somehow explored that their desperate attempt lead to the sanctions that otherwise probably wouldn't be possible. The further implications of a new arms race and its actual drivers I would like to explore as well. So if anyone wants to join this explorative modelling, please let me know.
