Asylum applications across the EU have surged in 2015, Germany and Hungary already exceed their 2014 totals. As conflict and the threat of ISIS have driven people from their homes Europe is seen as a safe haven. These refugees risk their lives traveling across dangerous seas to find refuge in many EU countries.
This dashboard shows the passage of migration across the EU from both the migrants county of origin to the country of thier application for asylum.
