I am vegan, yet I'd like to point to some arguments pro a little meat consumption from grazing cattle: http://sustainablefoodtrust.org/articles/sustainability-is-complex-there-is-no-single-diet-solution/...
I'd argue that those grazing lands could be used for other plants.
